1. Their SMILE. (A nice and charming smile.)
2. Their FEATURES. (Let's be logically here, it's looks that attracts us first. Nice eyes and good body proportions would be GREAT. THINK LEE-HOM.)
   
3. Their social graces. (Good etiquettes and gentlemanly.)
4. Their intelligence and conversational skills. (Being able to hold a proper conversation, doesn't need to have an IQ of 200.)
5. Their EQ. (Good judgement of emotions and the surroundings. The bravery of being SENSITIVE and EMOTIONAL.)
   
6. Their dress sense. (Good dressing would be attractive. Picture, blue jeans and white dress shirt.)
7. The ability to COOK and WASH. (Now, that is a PLUS POINT. It would be perfect if a guy could do the cooking every once in a while. XD)
