Love is the most beautiful, most distant journey Inconceivable Forever love (Forever love) Forever love (Forever love) This song is a song that actually has a positive outlook on love. Lee-Hom is still believer in true love and hoped that this song would be able inspire people to keep the faith. The fact that he chose to write such a song, and dedicated it to his EX for her engagement/wedding, sort of inspires the love birds out there, i supposed he didn't realize that in reality, forever love doesn't really exist. Probably he didn't read Larkin. However, I loved the way he phrases certain sentences, "Love is the most beautiful, most distant journey" and "Like genial sunshine". It is extremely true that love is the most beautiful and most distant journey, it takes a toll both on the mental and physical being of a person. It takes fantastic amount of time, patiences and strength to make something work between two different beings. The union between to beings is one of the most beautiful and joyous experience for a person. He likens a loved one's embrace to a "genial sunshine"; it's a warm and friendly feeling. Something extremely comforting; a desire for one to receive from anyone they love or care for. An embrace (mentally or physically) is something valuable but at the same time doesn't cost us anything, only sincerity. It is possible to differentiate a real and sincere hug from a light tap on the shoulder kind of hug. Same goes to the smile of a person. It's in his/her eyes, not in the kiss. Even, he couldn't deny the fact that the eyes are the window into someone's thoughts - "Your touched eyes... Seems like the best proof", and the fact that he wants to study her smile everyday of his life, proves to us how strongly a smile from someone can tell us plenty of a person's thoughts/feelings. However, being the damn stupid idiotic realist me, I would rebuttal the fact that forever love will never exist. What you see is just a facade of a daily to daily life of people. If he read "An Arundel Tomb", he would definitely change his mind on the concept of love. Love is just another four letter word. Love is definitely there, but not to the extend that it blinds a person completely. After all, people lie; i might say i love you, but in two weeks, we might break up. see?
